Actigrip Tablets is a medicine indicated for the treatment of cold and flu symptoms, such as nasal congestion, runny nose, headache and fever. Each tablet contains three active ingredients: Paracetamol (500 mg): antipyretic and analgesic, helps reduce fever and relieve pain such as headache and sore throat. Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride (60 mg): nasal decongestant, relieves congestion by reducing swelling of the nasal membranes and making breathing easier. Triprolidine hydrochloride (2.5 mg): antihistamine that reduces sneezing and runny nose.
Dosage :
Adults : one tablet 2-3 times a day, for a maximum of 5 days of therapy.
Adolescents (12-18 years) : one tablet 2-3 times a day, for a maximum of 3 days of therapy.
The tablets should be taken orally on a full stomach, accompanied by a glass of water.
Contraindications :
Actigrip is contraindicated in the following cases:
Hypersensitivity to the active substances or to any of the excipients.
Children under 12 years of age.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Patients undergoing treatment with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) or within two weeks of such treatment.
Patients with cardiovascular disease, hypertension, hyperthyroidism, diabetes, glaucoma, prostatic hypertrophy or epilepsy.

Actigrip is available in packs of 12 tablets. It is important not to exceed the recommended doses and not to prolong the therapy beyond the indicated limits. If symptoms persist or worsen, consult a doctor.
